About us
Annie Weinert is the creator of clothing and costume line Annieland. Annieland does all her own designing, pattern drafting, sewing and merchandising. She combines her passions of costuming and hoopdancing into her designs, with consideration to movement, texture, and stage presence. The results are playful and color-rich raiments, perfect for hoopers and general lovers of life. Whenever possible, she upcycles dead stock materials salvaged from industry scraps to create her clothing. Annie currently resides in San Francisco, CA.
Absolutely amazing costume! Stitch work is perfect. I ordered and ‘edited’ Panel Skirt hoop costume (see her Flicker gallery). She asked if she could take creative license in case the exact fabric was not available and I told her ‘Sure!’ I’m really glad I did because she did a great job and I have a one of a kind. I will definitely order more hooping costumes from Annie!!!

I am so happy to have met and gotten to know such a talented and beautiful individual!! I love the spider top! I wear it all the time!! I have had the opportunity to teach and jam out with Annie and I have to say those times were some of the best hooping moments I have had so far. I hope you make it back to SLC soon! I would love to host another hoop jam!! The community has grown immensely! Can’t wait to finally order my custom hooping costume from you! It will be very soon. Too many decisions. Loves!!

I just got my first Annieland jumpsuit (black halter w/white fur hood). I love it; it fits perfectly and feels great. Annie fit it to my measurements and even hemmed it after I tried it on w/my favorite boots for perfect length (which is super important because I’m tall and things are rarely as long as I’d like them). I highly recommend her stuff–it’s sexy, fun, unique, and it makes you look amazing!
