Annieland was excited to participate in a fashion show that helps bring public awareness to sustainable fashion techniques. This show was hosted by Portland State University. Seth Aaron, winner of Project Runway, was the guest speaker. Here are some photos from the show:
Annie Weinert is the creator of clothing and costume line Annieland. Annieland does all her own designing, pattern drafting, sewing and merchandising. She combines her passions of costuming and hoopdancing into her designs, with consideration to movement, texture, and stage presence. The results are playful and color-rich raiments, perfect for hoopers and general lovers of life. Whenever possible, she upcycles dead stock materials salvaged from industry scraps to create her clothing. Annie currently resides in San Francisco, CA.
